For Destination weddings and Residential weddings within the city limit, we need a minimum of 2 rooms at the venue, though we prefer if the entire team can stay there.

The company will provide services as per the timings decided and finalized with the client on each day, and the general cut off time for the shoot day is 1.30 am.

Bidaai will be shot from the wedding venue only. The team will not go to any other location for the same. If needed, extra charges will be applicable for Bidaai from home & gruhPravesh in different locations.

We do not do save the date/countdown/graphics designing

Coverage of various Guests at the wedding. Our priority would be the couple and the close family members. While we will capture the light moments between the guests, we cannot guarantee 100% guest coverage.

Any singer/performer (in any of the events). If you need complete coverage of them, you have to tell us in advance so that we can keep the crew accordingly.

Payment Terms - First Installment is 50% of the total amount Advance, Second Installment is 40% of the total Amount 1 week prior to the wedding date and Third Installment is 10% of the total Amount.

If no changes are given within two weeks of sending the cut of the trailer and film, we would consider it the final approved videos. And no changes will be made later on.

A cinematic trailer and the entire film will be provided online for your preview and approval.

All the above data in HD with raw footage will be provided on the hard disk after receiving the remaining amount as our final delivery.

Once the data is delivered, we will keep it for two months. After that, we will have to delete it.

Music for any films once made will not be changed.
